Our client is an ambitious storage startup that is rapidly expanding, both business as FTE wise. The solution that the company has deveoped makes it possible for (enterprise) companies to make storage environments easier to manage, is able to create maximal scalability and in the meanwhile reduce costs and increase efficiency.
Due to this growth we are looking for several Inside Sales reps based in Amsterdam for several markets: DACH, UKI, France and Benelux.
In this position your main repsonsibility is the first contact with new prospects. This contact is being handled by both social media and phone but you will also represent the company on events.
The goal is to qualify both incoming as self generated leads in order to set up meetings with the local senior sales staff.
However cold calling will be required, it will not take the biggest part of your time. There are a lot of incoming leads which need a follow up and also social selling is a good way to get in touch with prospects. There is a lot of room for your own initiative and creativity in order to grow the business.
In order to be successful, our client is looking for the following skills and expertise:
• A minimum of 1 year inside IT sales experience, storage experience is a very strong plus • Be able to work in a fast paced environment while managing several responsibilities • Great communication and negotiation skills • Native speaker in German, English, Dutch or French • An entrepreneurial mindset • The ability to easily make new contacts • Able to be precise in lead qualification • High energy level
